NSK’s leadership journey in logistics began at the ground level in a stevedoring company, where he gained deep operational insight into port and cargo handling. He entered the consolidation segment in 2002 with M/s. NPIL as a Sales Executive and quickly distinguished himself through unwavering commitment, discipline, and business clarity.
His next major chapter began in 2004 at Synergy Cargo Management, Chennai. Recognizing his strong capabilities, the company entrusted him with the strategic responsibility of developing the Bangalore Branch and ICD business in 2006. NSK not only delivered—he outperformed expectations. His success led to his elevation as Regional Manager – South, where he played a pivotal role in expanding Synergy’s footprint across the region.
In 2012, NSK joined the Brizo Group as Director, strengthening the organization’s presence and bringing sharp strategic direction anchored in industry expertise.
With a vision to build something transformative, he co-founded MATSU in 2020 alongside Mr. Vishwa—a dedicated consolidation brand that quickly gained a respected position in the market.
Driven by a constant desire to innovate and explore new horizons in the logistics and shipping ecosystem, NSK went on to establish Ganbaru Global Logistics Pvt Ltd. As Founder & CEO, he embodies the company’s spirit of resilience, foresight, and operational excellence—leading Ganbaru toward becoming a future-ready force in global logistics.

Ranjith Kumar S A began his logistics journey in 2008 with Synergy Cargo Management, Bangalore, where he built a strong grounding in consolidation and operational excellence. Seeking wider industry experience, he moved to Brizo Global Logistics Pvt Ltd, taking on a strategic role within the freight forwarding division and strengthening his understanding of global trade dynamics.
His career reached a defining milestone in 2020 when he joined the newly formed Matsu Global Logistics Pvt Ltd as Assistant General Manager. Through dedication, leadership, and a deep command of the logistics landscape, he rose quickly to become one of the company’s five directors within a year. His commercial acumen—particularly in the specialized field of Chemical Logistics—played a significant role in accelerating the company’s growth and industry presence.
In 2025, driven by a shared vision to innovate and elevate global logistics standards, Ranjith partnered with Mr. NSK to co-found Ganbaru Global Logistics Pvt Ltd, beginning an exciting new chapter in his entrepreneurial journey.
Today, Ranjith Kumar S A is recognized as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, inspiring both established professionals and emerging talent while contributing meaningfully to the evolution of freight forwarding and modern logistics.
