Founder & CEO
NSK began his career in the logistics industry with hands-on exposure in a stevedoring company, building a strong operational foundation at the grassroots level. In 2002, he transitioned into the consolidation segment by joining M/s. NPIL as a Sales Executive, where he spent two productive years sharpening his commercial and customer relationship skills.
In 2004, he joined Synergy Cargo Management, Chennai. Recognizing his leadership potential and strategic mindset, the organization promoted him in 2006 and transferred him to Bangalore with a clear mandate—to establish and develop the Branch and ICD business. Through focused execution and market expansion strategies, NSK successfully built and strengthened the Bangalore ICD operations, leading to his elevation as Regional Manager – South.
In 2012, he stepped into a larger leadership role by joining the Brizo Group as Director, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and regional footprint.
In 2020, with an entrepreneurial vision, he co-founded MATSU, building it into a recognized consolidation company. After successfully contributing to its establishment and growth, NSK made a strategic decision to move out of MATSU to explore broader opportunities within the shipping and logistics industry.
Driven by his ambition to expand into new verticals and create an integrated logistics platform, he founded Ganbaru Global Logistics Pvt Ltd, marking a new chapter in his professional journey.
Today, NSK is recognized as a seasoned logistics leader whose career reflects strategic growth, resilience, and continuous evolution.

Co-Founder and Director
Ranjith Kumar S A began his logistics journey in 2008 with Synergy Cargo Management, Bangalore, where he built a strong grounding in consolidation and operational excellence. Seeking wider industry experience, he moved to Brizo Global Logistics Pvt Ltd, taking on a strategic role within the freight forwarding division and strengthening his understanding of global trade dynamics.
His career reached a defining milestone in 2020 when he joined the newly formed Matsu Global Logistics Pvt Ltd as Assistant General Manager. Through dedication, leadership, and a deep command of the logistics landscape, he rose quickly to become one of the company’s five directors within a year. His commercial acumen—particularly in the specialized field of Chemical Logistics—played a significant role in accelerating the company’s growth and industry presence.
In 2025, driven by a shared vision to innovate and elevate global logistics standards, Ranjith partnered with Mr. NSK to co-found Ganbaru Global Logistics Pvt Ltd, beginning an exciting new chapter in his entrepreneurial journey.
Today, Ranjith Kumar S A is recognized as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, inspiring both established professionals and emerging talent while contributing meaningfully to the evolution of freight forwarding and modern logistics.
